SHIPPING COSTS AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

We aim to ship all clothing orders within 1-2 working days of purchase date.

If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay.

We continue to ship at this time, but please bear with us as deliveries are currently experiencing additional delays.

UK £8.00 (3-5 WORKING DAYS DELIVERY)
Europe £15 (5-7 WORKING DAYS DELIVERY)
Rest of the world £25 (7-10 WORKING DAYS DELIVERY)

Carrier used : Royal Mail Tracked & Signed, DHL, Carrier might change depending on availability.


When placing your order, please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.

We ship from our studio in the United Kingdom. Our prices include 20% VAT for products delivered within UK. For any delivery destinations outside of UK, Please note that delivery outside of the UK may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply in any destination outside of UK.

We are not responsible for any parcels returned for unpaid custom fees and will not issue refunds under these circumstances.

Any delay in paying these customs fees will result in a delay of delivery of your order.

Return and Refund Policy

You are entitled to return items sold by goomheo.com within 7 days from you received the items or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned items. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.



Conditions for Returns

In order for the items to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
  • The items were purchased in the last 7 days
  • The items are in the original packaging with tags
  • The items were not used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

The following items cannot be returned:
  • The supply of items made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
  • The supply of items which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of items which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of items which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Customs and duties costs, as well as cost of original shipment will not be refunded.



Late or missing refunds (If applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items to us. You should send the items at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the items or proof of received return delivery.



Exchanges

Please note that We only replace items you received defective or damaged.

In the case of items received incorrectly or received in damaged or faulty condition, you will need to notify as soon as possible. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will either offer an exchange if there is a stock available or offer to repair faulty items. When items deemed faulty cannot be repaired or the same item is not available, a full refund will be offered and we will arrange for return of the faulty item.

Please be aware that we can not secure exchanges as the stock is produced in limited quantities.
