# Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms of Service is to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Mall and the User in using the **online services** (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”) provided by the **GOOMHEO Online Store** (hereinafter referred to as the “Mall”) operated by GOOMHEO (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
These Terms shall also apply mutatis mutandis to electronic commerce utilizing PC communication, mobile, wireless networks, etc., unless inconsistent with their nature.

# Article 2 (Definitions)
① “Mall” refers to a virtual business place set up by the Company using information and communication facilities such as computers to trade **goods and services**, and also refers to the business operator managing the Mall.
② “User” refers to Members and Non-members who access the Mall and receive the Services provided by the Mall in accordance with these Terms.
③ “Member” refers to a person who has registered with the Mall and can continuously use the Services provided by the Mall.

# Article 3 (Specification, Explanation, and Revision of Terms)

However, the contents of the Terms may be provided through a link.
② Before the User agrees to the Terms, the Mall must provide a separate screen or pop-up to obtain the User’s confirmation so that the User can understand important contents such as withdrawal of subscription, delivery responsibilities, and refund conditions.
③ The Mall may revise these Terms to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws, including the **Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.** and the **Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions**.
④ When revising the Terms, the Mall shall announce the effective date and the reasons for the revision along with the current Terms on the initial screen of the Mall from **7 days prior to the effective date until the day before the effective date**. However, if the revision is disadvantageous to the User, it shall be announced with a grace period of at least **30 days**.
⑤ If a Member does not explicitly express refusal despite the Mall clearly notifying that failure to express intent within a certain period will be deemed as consent, the Member shall be considered to have agreed to the revised Terms.
⑥ Matters not specified in these Terms and the interpretation hereof shall follow the **Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, standard e-commerce terms established by the Fair Trade Commission, and general commercial practices.**

# Article 4 (Provision and Change of Services)
① The Mall provides the following services:
1. Providing information on goods and services and concluding purchase contracts
2. Delivering goods for which a purchase contract has been concluded
3. Other services designated by the Mall
② The Mall may change the contents of goods to be provided under future contracts in the event of goods being sold out or changes in technical specifications. In this case, the changed contents and provision date shall be immediately announced where the current goods information is posted.
③ If the Mall changes the contents of the contracted Service due to goods being sold out or changes in technical specifications, it shall notify the User of the reason without delay.
④ In such cases, the Mall shall compensate the User for any resulting damages. However, this does not apply if the Mall proves there was no intent or negligence.

# Article 5 (Suspension of Service)
① The Mall may temporarily suspend the provision of Services in the event of maintenance, replacement, breakdown of computers or information communication facilities, or interruption of communication.
② The Mall shall compensate for damages suffered by Users or third parties due to the temporary suspension of Service provision. However, this does not apply if the Mall proves there was no intent or negligence.
③ If the Service cannot be provided due to business conversion, abandonment, or company integration, the Mall shall notify the Users as specified in Article 8 and compensate consumers according to the conditions initially presented by the Mall.

# Article 6 (Membership Registration)
① The User applies for membership by filling out the member information according to the form set by the Mall and expressing consent to these Terms.
② The Mall registers the User as a Member unless the applicant falls under any of the following:
1. If the applicant previously lost membership status under Article 7 Paragraph 3
2. If there is false information, omission, or typographical error in the registration details
3. If registering as a Member is judged to significantly impede the Mall’s technical operations
③ The membership contract is established when the Mall’s acceptance reaches the Member.
④ If there is any change in the registered information, the Member must notify the Mall within a reasonable period by modifying their member information.

# Article 7 (Withdrawal of Membership and Loss of Qualification)
① A Member may request withdrawal at any time, and the Mall shall process it immediately.
② The Mall may restrict or suspend membership if the Member falls under any of the following:
1. Registering false information upon application
2. Failing to pay the price of purchased goods or other debts owed to the Mall by the due date
3. **Interfering with the operation of the Mall**, such as stealing others’ information
4. Engaging in acts prohibited by laws or these Terms or against public order and morals
③ The Mall may revoke membership if the same act is repeated twice or more after restriction or suspension, or if the issue is not corrected within 30 days.
④ When revoking membership, the Mall cancels the membership registration and provides the Member with an opportunity to explain at least **30 days prior to cancellation**.

# Article 8 (Notification to Members)
① When the Mall notifies a Member, it may use the email address designated by the Member.
② For notifications to an unspecified number of Members, the Mall may substitute individual notifications by posting a notice on the Mall’s bulletin board for at least **one week**.

# Article 9 (Purchase Application)
A User may apply to purchase goods through the Mall using the following methods:
1. Searching and selecting goods
2. Entering name, address, phone number, email address, etc.
3. Confirming the Terms, withdrawal restrictions, and costs such as delivery fees
4. Agreeing to these Terms and confirming item 3
5. Applying for the purchase and agreeing to the Mall’s confirmation
6. Selecting a payment method

# Article 10 (Establishment of Contract)
① The Mall may refuse a purchase application in the following cases:
1. False information, omissions, or typographical errors in the application
2. A minor purchasing goods prohibited by the Youth Protection Act
3. If acceptance of the purchase application significantly impedes the Mall’s technical operations
② The contract is deemed established when the Mall’s acceptance reaches the User in the form of a receipt confirmation notice.

# Article 11 (Payment Method)
The payment method for goods purchased through the Mall may include the following:
1. Bank transfers (including phone or internet banking)
2. Payment by prepaid cards, debit cards, or credit cards
3. Payment using electronic currency
4. Payment upon receipt
5. Payment using points provided by the Mall

# Article 12 (Receipt Confirmation Notice, Change, and Cancellation)
